Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. The parties waive their rights to go to court and have a trial before a judge or jury.

Before starting arbitration, a party must send a written Notice of Dispute to 119 S Main Street, St Charles, MO 63301. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, arbitration proceeds through the American Arbitration Association. Claims under $10,000 may use non-appearance-based arbitration, and hearings occur within 100 miles of your residence.

Claims for defamation, violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and intellectual property infringement are exempt from arbitration.

Additional Provisions

U.S. export control laws apply to your use of the site. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. We may assign these terms; you may not without our written consent. The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors.
